I'm sure he us getting intelligence now as president elect.... doesn't mean he has to act on it.
As I understand it, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but all in coming are given briefings and applicable intelligence, as they will be dealing with issues day one and bave to be up to speed. Whether they are given some or everything, I do not know.

The fact that Russia informed America and NATO of their impending ICRM launch 30 minutes before it happened is the biggest sign yet that Putin knows his place and has no interest in nuclear war or fucking around with NATO.
America and NATO countries allowed Ukraine to hit Russia with supplied missiles, and he shot a test missile at Ukraine as his grand response and made a grand speech on government TV, but made sure NATO knew it didn't have nuclear warheads attached before it happened. That was Russia's response.
