It didn't have to be this way. But PGOS and the media loved Ukraine and said we should be protecting their great democracy. Reality is that Ukraine generally sucks and on the surface isn't worth defending with our money or attention. Defanging Russia is a better argument, but that's not how it was pitched out of the gates. For the reason that spending $100b+ to subdue Russia wasn't going to have the support with the people.

I also support Israel's position in needing to retaliate, believe it or not. I've never spoken on it. The Hamas attack was horrific. There's also a line that needs to be balanced when it comes to killing innocent civilians. Both these things can be true, believe it or not. Everything I say is grounded in basic moral and logic principles, never attached to a candidate or party, but somehow it's perceived that way. When it comes to millions of Americans believing in and reinforcing bullshit, that's where I have to step in sometimes. Yes, I think there is a political skew in believing bullshit, but it ain't a party over everything thing you make it out to be. I can get down on anything if it's not bullshit. Just say no to bullshit, I say.
