Oh trust me, I'm no Euro fan. Their overreliance on Russian gas is what allows Russia to be the way that it is, and they still can't cut off the Russian tendril. Imports and exports to Tajikistan are up like 10,000% since this shitshow kicked off - hmmm wonder why?
Europe has been a leach on US resources for a long time, and it's an interesting situation. Yes, it would be nice for Europe to contribute more towards their armies and grow some fucking balls. No, it would not be fun for the German 5th reich to emerge and challenge American global hegemony.
America being the big bad bully of the Western world benefits us as citizens more than it hurts us. I like my America as world police over a multi-polar world with a powerful European army, Russia, China, BRICS on par with Uncle Sam.
Regarding Mexico and the border, PGOS is nothing but consistent. Vet who is coming in, help non-criminals that want to work here in ag and other services work here, send the criminals to Mexico's gitmo equivalent, and give the hot curvy women preferential treatment and a 2 week stay at my house.

America needs help picking and choosing battles. Nam was not a good use of resources. Southern Vietnam was doomed from he start.

So, no good wars since 1950 which we settled at a stalemate but lost all the others. But trust PGOS, Ukraine is different and by god we are going to win this one no matter how long it takes or how much it costs.
