Here is a thought - Equal justice before the law. I know that's too much for a leftard since our speech is violence and your violence is speech. If Code Pink isn't punished for invading the Capitol then why should peaceful protestors be sentenced for years for "parading" in the Capitol? If BLM/Antifa leaders aren't punished for organizing and paying for rioters then why should the Proud Boys. That has clearly been our argument which you have studiously ignored or you are an ignorant moron or both.

I’m actually in favor of showing the students a fair amount of leniency when compared to what people involved in the J6 demonstrations.

Manhattan DA won’t prosecute on the criminal charges but the school can send a message to the children that there are, in fact, consequences to breaking the law on campus while you’re an enrolled student.

Being a bigot who hates Jews isn’t a crime. Blocking people from entering buildings could be prosecuted all the way into a felony for false imprisonment, and some on the Right have been prosecuted for it in abortion clinic cases.

Soros DAs have a job to criminalize political opponents and their supporters. It’s why he spends so much money on local DA races in larger cities. It’s weird to me that Leftists embrace it and two-tiers of justice, but that’s what supporters of fascism do.
