Can anyone stop Alabama?

Time will tell...

Stable full of RBs, great lines and defense. Saban has them looking great after a rocky start. I was hearing it's a down year for them. I guess we'll see whether that means a championship or "settling" for a high ranking.

Saban will be on the hot seat with no hardware two years in a row.*

Settle down sallies ...

I'm hearing FSU could move to 3 since okie state won. Oregon would have to beat both FSU and Bama. Talk about earning it

Alabama looks like the most complete team to me. I'll probably bet on them the rest of the way, especially if the odds show people are too bullish on Oregon or FSU.

Saban is the best coach.

Marriott is the best player.

Contrarian indicators sometimes blow up in your face.

So can following the herd.

What's your point? Either way it will be interesting?

I'd agree that Alabama should be #1 for now.

They look like the most complete team. The playoff is going to be a doozy

Alabama looks unstoppable to me right now. I think they've been beating better competition than Oregon has. The Ducks look good right now too, but I'll have to see it in the playoffs to be convinced. I'm glad they're in so we can find out.

I'm pretty fucking excited about football tonight really. The playoff is pretty intriguing and it's pretty cool having so many games with implications on today. Like I said before, the 4 team playoff makes for good TV. Shitty for selling out venues but the couch value is high.

And after tonight, they probably have had the most difficult strength of schedule in the country. If not #1, easily top 5.

Thanks for not dooking.

Big 12 ad is funny: "10 teams. 9 games. Every. Game. Matters"*

*offer may not apply to head-to-head competition between the two best teams in the league

Oregon is the real deal this year imo. I think there's enough separation between Bama and Oregon from everyone else that I would be incredibly surprised if the NC is not one of those two. FSU shouldn't even be in the Playoff. I don't even know if they make it past this game.

I can't wait until something like the 1994 SWC happens.

For those who don't know/remember, the SWC ended the year with Texas, Texas Tech, Texas Christian, Baylor, and Rice as 5-way champions.

A&M won the conference, the five-way was for second place. #googlesuperiorityguy

A&M was on prohibition in 1994. They were 6-0-1 in the conference, but the SWC awarded the championship to 71% of the conference that wasn't them.
