I really like this kid as a prospect. Hes an instinctual player and while I've only driven through Bakersfield, it's a meth infused shithole so he's probably tough.
 
He's still giving Oregon the last visit and wants to wrap up this summer. Feels like a USC lean to me.

I mean yes you are correct. He can visit their campus anytime he wants. But if he does go on campus he can’t have any in person contact. So no unofficial or official visits from 6/24 - 7/24.

So while technically you are correct....

12: We have a good shot
13+: He’s ours.
