In the UK you will be thrown in jail for filming and then posting an incident in public. If the left in the UK doesn't like what you say or surmise in a public place or on line, they will come and get you and you will go to prison.

California democrats are attempting to do the same exact thing. If they don't like a Nick Shirley because he is exposing fraud while filming in public and posting on line, democrats can fine him and potentially throw him in jail. Only democrats will determine who gets punished and we all know what that means.

First they burn books. Then they take down statues they don't like. Force change the names of teams, schools, buildings, streets, etc. Cheat on elections. Force police to step down when liberals are rioting. Take away our rights on social media then they open our borders for votes. Now CA is going to take away freedom of speech and freedom of the press. The latest being enacted so that they can continue with fraud unabated.


California tries to criminalize journalism — to protect fraud​


A bill moving through the California Legislature would give taxpayer-funded organizations the power to demand the removal of videos recorded in public spaces — and impose steep financial penalties on anyone who publishes them.

AB 2624, sponsored by Assemblywoman Mia Bonta (D-Oakland), is framed as protection for immigrant service providers against harassment and threats. The framing makes opposition look cruel.

Bills that need moral immunity to pass tend to deserve the scrutiny they’re trying to avoid.

The bill extends confidentiality and anti-doxxing protections to “immigration support services providers,” grafting those provisions onto laws originally written for narrowly defined, high-risk medical contexts.
 
Team Dazzler says no worries. It's all unconstitutional. But then he votes for these people and then for some reason it becomes constitutional.

Team dazzler bemoans the written language of the constitution. He believes it is an organic document that changes depending on what the dem party currently believes. There is an amendment process to change the written language but that detail is seen as a mere suggestion.

Your lack of any admonishment of this massive fraud being uncovered leads me to believe that you also are funded largely by taxpayer fraud.

Now your authoritarians are going to prosecute people who uncover it, as all authoritarians do so they can keep up their grift. So much for the 1st Amendment.

The 14th amendment along with the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on race. But we should just have a dem push the reset button and voila, we can discriminate based on race. Only a strong young male could come up with that magic solution? When I was 20 I understood basic US civics. Nothing has changed for me. The dazzler claims to have voted twice for Reagan and now he voted for a dementia patient and Headboard and I'm the one with mental issues?

If you read me as supporting the bill, then you need help reading.

If you read me as mocking the hysteria that follows every dumb fucking idea some state legislators come up with, then you got me.

There’s a venue for fighting unconstitutional laws that actually make it onto the books. My advice is don’t be a pussy.

You think your beloved reversal of Roe just arose out of the ether? Mississippi had to pass a law that violated the protections given by Roe first.

The 1930s decision that an income tax violates Washington’s constitution is being challenged. So what? That’s how this works.
