2 questions on Tremblay.

1- Is he originally from SoCal?

2- Is he a shitty high school student Juco or a shitty high school player Juco?

He tore his ACL his senior year before he got any serious offers

If I recall correctly he was pretty small out of HS too. Got bigger during a gap year before going the juco route.

1- No, he's originally from Napa. The HS he went to isn't normally very competitive and rarely produces D1 football talent. The notable exceptions are Ucla white wonder WR Sean LaChappelle and not D1 but eventual NFL star OL Larry Allen (who was air dropped in from a HS in LA to get away from gang activity).

2- Definitely the latter, but possibly both. As noted, he did tear ACL senior season. But recently I had a random, by chance conversation with one of his HS coaches. The coach was stunned that Tremblay was garnering such attention. Talked about his experience coaching him and it was, to put mildly, not really what most would consider OKG. Basically, really questionable attitude, work ethic, and academis.

Based on this conversation I would say him wanting to go to Alabama and eventually going to SC would make a whole lot of sense.

We have no depth so I trust the coaches and want him here!!!!

This keeps getting worse and worse for UW. Now the word is that he might try and piggyback a UCLA visit on Sunday right after his USC visit. The kid is obviously looking for every fucking reason not to come to UW. How the hell we fucked this up with our desperate need for DL is absolutely infuriating. If he was sold on us he would be committed. He's a Cali kid that wants to go to college in SoCal bra. End. Of. Story. FYFMFE
