Cal is losing the wrong way

This is bad news for UW. If Woodward sees this, he's going to increase admission standards and then call in the media so he can point to how UW is above the fray.
 
it has also been admitting student athletes on full scholarship even if their average high school grade was a B-minus. Its policy, in fact, permits a C average.

Pretty much eliminates Compton ...

And is likely the highest standard in the Pac.
