If so, how about enforcing the gun laws already in the criminal code, particularly those that apply to convicted felons? State and federal.

Guns were popular, mostly for hunting.
We even had a competitive rifle team at my high school in Portland fucking, OR with a rifle range in the basement of the school.

There was supposed to be outpatient treatment available for them. Problem is there ain’t enough of it and you can’t force people to do something, even if it’s in their best interest and society’s. They have rights.
