As I said in the other thread, this is DEI bullcrap to teach critical race theory to the team, etc. If Cohen was helping him I would think she'd hire Lake a personal assistant, not a guy with a background in feel-good corporate stuff.
 
Whatever happened to Jermaine Kearse? He was supposed to be big for the program, appeared in a few of those signing day gifs, and I haven't heard a peep about him since.
