Buddy of mine who is a teacher said they gave them a form that says that if they aren't vaxxed by 10/18 then they are resigning, not being fired, and won't get benefits.

I said then that's an easy fix. Show up for work on the 19th like nothing happened. Then when they have the cop drag you out of the building, and 100s of kids video it, have them try and explain how you resigned and weren't fired.

That "form" is a unilateral notice and was not a term of employment on the front end. Declare you don't agree to its terms and make them fire you on the spot.

Vid poasted here of two RN's doing that exact thing. They tried to clock in and were denied access. Eventually they were escorted out. They stated they never resigned. This is absolute BS. Hopefully they have good representation. Not someone like what's his name who shit poasts here.
