Watching the 78 RB the other day and Bruce was a big dude back then when players were generally smaller. Looked like he could play today. He got dinged in the first half then left the game in the 2nd and Michigan started to move the ball. He was a really good player. Possibly a shitty human and definitely a lousy mayor. Did you not know that you only have one official residence? Like if I have vacation home in Arizona do I get to vote in both Oregon and Arizona? I have no idea what Harrell's true residence is. Lot's of Congress critters have multi-million dollar homes in the DC area and yet claim they live in the state they run as a candidate. Their residence is a studio apartment in which they hardly ever stay. That's why DC has probably 70 US senators and DC whines about not having any.

You can have only one domicile. The regs and statutes involved here use the term residence.
You can have multiple residences. And he's registered to vote in Seattle, not Bellevue.

Harrell owned a house in Seattle when he first ran for office. Presumably he still does. He also owned the Bellevue townhouse. Two residences. Different cities. He's registered to vote in Seattle though.
Home ownership is a scam, according to our resident legal scholar.
