Saw a clip of a media guy just fucking destroying Wilson. Only star player at their events that puts his hand up and won't talk to anyone like he's Jay Z w Beyonce. He cameos in everything that he possibly can.

While I haven't watched him play this year, I have a hard time thinking that Russ has gone from phenomenal work ethic to lazy ass in one year. I don't know what's haywire (besides his overblown ego) but it can't be lack of work ethic.
He's physically not the same guy. I don't think he has a fastball anymore, either, from what I've seen this year. Turns out midget qb's who take a lot of sacks and rely on their legs don't have prime years later in their career.

The way it's going for him right now with needing checkups twice a day it looks like there's a chance he'll never play another snap. He probably could make more money off of a lawsuit against the doctor, team, and the league than any contract extension could ever pay him.

The late Trevor Moawad was a good friend of mine and the guy Russ called his best friend. Trev's wife left him because he gave everything he had to Russ. For free. I warned Trev not to let Russ take advantage of him. Nick Saban met Trev at IMG and then brought him his second year at Bama. Trev had natty rings from Bama and Florida State.
Trev made a good living but thought Russ was the way. Those of us close to Trev didn't know he was sick. His own mom didn't even know he died until I texted her. Trev kept his illness hidden and putting the pieces together, we think he skipped going to the doctor because it was the off-season and he was so wrapped in Russ, he back burnered his health.
Trev's choice, but let me tell you about Russ "Best Friend" Wilson. Best friend was unreachable while Trev's real friends made funeral arrangements. Best friend Russ's agent finally called back late Thursday night, two days before the service.
Russ got up and spoke and called Trev his best friend and blah, blah. He was in a hand cast and not playing. It was a semi-small service. Private at a high school gym in Tacoma and reception at Tacoma Country Club. Russ arrived like a big shot and left immediately following the service. Didn't bother hanging around with Trev's real friends who paid for his service and reception. Russ or his agent, Mark Rogers, who cried for the camera and called himself Trevor's second best friend, were asked if they wished to contribute like the rest of us. I can't stand Russ and I hate the Donkey's so I'm enjoying the utter failure this has been thus far. All he needed to do against the Chargers was to make just one play in OT and he couldn't. Herbert was under pressure the entire game but when a play was needed he made an incredible pass to set up the game winning FG.
