Brock Huard shares thoughts on Judge awarded MVP over Big Dumper

I don't know. It's an mvp award not best player, I guess. Judge is more of an offensive force, obviously, but getting that kind of production, unprecedented production, from a catcher arguably makes Raleigh just as valuable if not more. Add on the history made, the catcher and switch hitting HR records, etc, and I'm ok with saying Raleigh got screwed.
 
Why do people get worked up about the individual awards? Who cares? They didn't win the World Series and that's what people should be most angry about.

I don’t even watch baseball and yes he got screwed and Brock is right. I never heard of the guy until he was on the verge of breaking Griffey’s hr record. (Haven’t lived in Seattle in decades). His 60 was a first for a catcher and should have given him the MVP especially since Seattle went further than ever during the baseball playoffs.
