I have no idea what Brock earns as a broadcaster but I'm sure we can double it and bring him in as OC for the rest of the season. He knows his shit far better than Jon Don.
 
I wonder if you gave Brock&Damon LLC a pee cee T on an incentive laden contract with a low guarantee ($1M/yr?) in this age of NIL if that wouldn’t be an innovative way to go.

True. But not many high profile players (not recruits) were able to use the transfer portal to get coffee cups from other schools after the fact. Certainly it happened, but not too often in-conference.
 
One of the better rants I've ever heard from Brock. He might be the single outside guy with the most influence in that AD. If Huard is publicly taking you to task you're in trouble.

I’d say if Damon told Cohen that Sam is transferring if they don’t make significant changes, that would qualify as more influence.

I would think that if Damon told Cohen “Here is a list of firm commitments for $10,000,000 from these 5 guys if we make an immediate change to Coach _________ … and oh, by the way, they have committed to ghosting you if you resist” would carry more weight.

He makes big money. Way easier to criticize on camera and radio. The Coaching lifestyle is awful. He would never do it
