I don't really think this is a problem, on its own, unless India is all-in. Saw a vid this morning w/PBD and the US dollar accounts for something like 63% of all monetary value out there. The biggest issue is China is moving downfield 4 yards at a time with the fullback dive and Sleepy Joe has no response. The stuff going on in Africa and other developing nations, and China becoming their pimp, is bad news.
