Step 1: Take over for a coach that has recruited well, but can't manage a fucking roster and has sucked the life out of the team.
Step 2: Change the culture by doing the opposite of what the previous coach did.
Step 3: Win big with the players from the previous regime who are now re-engergized.
Step 4: Believe your own hype bullshit and run the program into the ground with hubris and stupidity because you don't know how to manage a big time program.
Step 5: BUT WHAT ABOUT MY BIG TIME WINS EARLY IN MY TIME HERE?!?!? THERE IS NO LOYALTY!! (never mind all the players I ran)
