I'm going out on a limb and that the FBI is trying to put so many Trump supporters and parents who want their kids taught some reading, writing and arithmetic on the no fly list that he wasn't on a no fly list. The dirty secret is that there is a significant percentage of radical muslims in the west (and east) and the western governments have no interest in dealing with them upfront. We just imported 90,000 unvetted Afghans into the US. Cho Bai Den said they would be thoroughly vetted. Of course he lied because leftards lie and love to be lied to. They were released into the public as fast as they could.
PS The MSM and Cho Bai Den and dems didn't want to deal with Muslim terrorism after the fact.
