Kikaha and Shelton were all Americans on some level. Vita very well could be. That's a better ratio than the whites since pete has been here. The blacks can hold there own.

So he twatted offers from Bama, UCLA, Oregon, Utah and BYU yesterday (all of his top 5)...then today just the UW offer. So it's not like he's twatting every school that's offered him (unless everyone else backed off?). And it's not like he just tweeted them all simultaneously.

It appears that the UW offer either a) came in later (indicating something changed on UW's end to reoffer him) or b) was the only one tweeted after all the others despite coming the same day (indicating something changed on Kaho's end to cause him to celebrate the offer).

If I had to guess I'm going with A, but who knows.
