Not unless he shows a Dom Hampton or Joe Tryon-esque level of improvement in his senior tape. Which of course could happen, but no one is going to say he's amazing just because he's getting better offers now.
 
I must be missing something. Based on his film, I don't understand all the love for this guy. Kwabena Watson (if you haven't already watched his tape) is similar. He already has USC and LSU offers, but he looks just as good as Legg.

There's a possibility, however slight, that evaluating and scouting talent may have avenues beyond watching 3 minutes of a hudl video and following a kid on twitter
