Disagree. Florida State vs Northern Illinois last year was worse.

 
Hmm you skipped all the dreck bowls named after wing joints, oil change places, cheap pizza, and helicopters. I will think about doing this....

Sorry, but when I said worst, I meant worst rated. I know a lot of people watched to see if David could hang with Goliath last year. Baylor vs. UCF provides absolutely zero interest outside of those two areas.
