I'd add Herschel Walker to that list as well. The dude even won his only two MMA bouts at age 49. Herschel was not only a freak in his twenties, he's become the model of what men want to be in their late 50's.

Bo Jackson was such a good athlete, that it became his downfall. In the "Bo Knows" 30 for 30, it was said that the reason his hip injury was so bad, was because of his explosiveness. A really good athlete wouldn't have injured it that bad, but a freak like him, it pretty much shattered his hip.

I'm gonna also throw in Danny Ainge for best punk ass white boy athlete. Parade All-American wide receiver in high school, MLB career, NBA, can golf the fuck out of it.
Nate Robinson, pound for pound has a pretty good case, too.

Most overblown three yard rushing play of all tim.
It wasn't like he pancaked the Boz. Yeah he was carried for 3-4 yards, but you'll see a touchdown like that every week on Red Zone. Now if he carried the Boz say 9-10 yards, then you're on to something.
