The judges that are appointed by the people that the dazzler is voting for don't care what the Constitution says. Witness the new capital gains tax in Washington and soon the new income tax in Washington. I realize that judges are voted for but most initial judges are appointed to replace a retiring dem judge. DEI is blantantly unconstitutional and you think the dems care?

Team Dazzer supports expanding the court for specific reasons, like magically ignoring the 14th amendment and the 1964 Civil Rights Act. One of the many things that disgust be about democrats is their claim to some kind of intellectual superiority over conservatives. So we have the leftards like the ostensibly educated dazzler who claims a law degree and an MBA having no interest in stopping government waste and fraud. Their first instinctual move is not to stop blatant fraud but don't even want to discuss ending it and claiming its racist to do so. The first move is to raise taxes. So between open borders and an welfare system with a complete failure of internal controls it is just a shrug, nothing can be done and raise taxes on the law abiding. The MSM is still missing in action on this and we get amateur investigations turning up massive amounts of fraud. Thank god for them and X and Elon. Who they turned on in a heartbeat when he started exposing the fraud.

Well put. Trump walked up the safety on the open border which our intellectual superiors said couldn't be closed without new legislation. Time to walk up the safety on the existing fraud.
