Consistant winning will pack the stadium.

I dont buy the atmosphere thing at all.

I have been to every Pac12 Stadium and cant think of any place where atmosphere packs them in... none.

All this talk about atmosphere is senseless to me.... we had sellouts where the only atmosphere was loud fans.

When Dawgnews posts usually it's along the lines of:

"extend Romar another 10 years so recruits know he's going to be around. Missing the tourney 4 years in a row in the 2nd worst power conf. in America is completely expected by a coach w/ 13 years at a school when there's not 10 5 star recruits in Seattle to choose from" so I was shocked to read him make sense about winning versus making sure the car races and selfies are fun for all.
 
You see those bama fans pour out of the stadium when they go down two score in the third? The shit about winning schools having packed stadiums with loud fans, is because they are fucking winning. It will never work the opposite way.

I think his trip to Chi-town and Champaign/Urbana to help pick Brewster's successor at Illinois really helped Bleaner gain some perspective.

It's just what I'm hearing...but supposedly he took a long walk along the Navy Pier on the shores of Lake Michigan and that is where much of said perspective was gained.

If true, the CEO's advice really backfired
