the howard out of bounds call was horrible. May have been a game changer

Wasn't even close to off his knee. If you're not sure there you have to give the ball to the offense, you can't call off the knee unless you're positive. No idea what he was thinking.

it was clearly blocked, but the ball still came out of howards hands at an upward trajectory. Perhaps that confused the official. IDK

Where was that foul? Houston got bailed out. Daniels didn't get touched.

I couldn't find it on the replay either. Makes up for the out of bounds mishap for sure.

Yeah, that and the fact they gave them the ball at half court. May have been make up calls because a few earlier calls favored Portland. That being said, in the 2nd-3rd quarter there were some egregious calls that favored Houston.
