Cities subcontracted that out to the gangs that they no longer put in jail as they defunded the police and ended cash bail.

Well I could GAF if anyone thinks I'm racist anymore, so there's that. Lost a few unstable, hysterical white friends over it, but ironically, haven't lost any black or brown friends over it. The whole thing is comical in how it directly opposes The Golden Rule, which thankfully, most rational people still understand and embrace.
