I’d expect much more outrage if it was clear cut that Russia intentionally targeted and hit a children’s hospital. Zelensky and Biden are the two who refuse to negotiate for peace.

For all I know, it was a failed Ukrainian defense missile that unfortunately and allegedly hit some hospital that was for some reason packed with kids in a war zone. Meanwhile, the nightclubs have been hopping in Kyiv for a year now!
