12 “Republicans” voted along with all but 5 Democrats yesterday that Merrick Garland truly is above the law, can ignore a congressional subpoena for this audio, and not face any legal consequences.
So … now what? Seems like there’s nothing that can be done if the Biden DOJ is untouchable. I posted last week that Garland was calling certain members of the GOP to influence their votes. It worked. I can only assume threats were made because there is no reason to vote against equal justice when Bannon and Navarro are in prison for the same “crime” after being prosecuted by Garland.
