Explain why Joe doesn't know he signed them. I'll wait.Trump is just dangling whatever feeble grounds he can muster on this. Electronic signing has over a decade of history and also some presidents used mechanical devices. The Constitution says the president has the power of the pardon. Case closed. I've got better things to do.

The autopen is the shiny object to draw back the curtain on just who the fuck was running the country the last four years.Blanket Pardons extending into the future?Trump is just dangling whatever feeble grounds he can muster on this. I agree the autopen part is probably the weakest challenge.
However, I was told Biden was to unfit mentally to prosecute. If one of his staffers went wild with the autopen without Biden’s knowledge or memory.
I look forward to the courts ruling on this. Unlike the Biden regime Trump has already stated his support for court rulings and won't defy the Supreme Court.
I'm also looking forward to the dems expending political capital defending Liz Cheney.
Per usual the dems tear down a civil norm (limited use of presidential pardons) then accuse the other side of what they are doing.I simply want blanket pardons challenged by this administration. When it was rumored Trump was considering them in 2020, the same people defending them now were outraged about the possibility.
Prosecute one of those with a pardon for the crimes they were absolved of committing, and it will go all the way to SCOTUS if there is a conviction.
If they are legal, Trump would be foolish to not give blanket pardons to the thousands of people who have worked in DC under him, even going back to when they were born since Biden gave pardons that apply prior to his own presidency.
Schiff, Cheney, and Kinzinger all attacking Elon and Trump as lawbreakers with DOGE and immigration is fucking wild considering they accepted their own pardons for their unconverted crimes.Per usual the dems tear down a civil norm (limited use of presidential pardons) then accuse the other side of what they are doing.I simply want blanket pardons challenged by this administration.
