Dems have been polling every possible candidate and nobody is a sure thing to win so they are throwing in Kamala to keep the bench tanned, rested, and ready for 2028.
If Kamala somehow wins, it will be a shock even to them. If Trump wins, it’s nonstop DOJ harassment of all in Trump’s circle.

There's a definite possibility for sabotage from Gavin/Whitmer/Shapiro. Kamala winning this year would be bad news for that crew.

Yeap, they will try to flip the house and even if they don't he's a one term president unlikely to nominate another supreme. They'll line up everything to weather the next 4 years and plan for 2028.

GOP allowed their voters to choose their candidate. Trump skipping debates he didn’t need to win didn’t impact him in the primaries.
