If some here realized life in prison isn’t remotely like getting away with murder, perhaps they would be willing to reduce the risk of wrongful executions to zero.

If some would remember all the death row inmates which chose to end appeals and take the death sentence. It's like leftards get a transmission from the hive mind and just run with it. It's not cheaper because we pay for a ridiculous appeal process, even when the guilt of the accused is not even at question, that drags out the process and then the very same people who are already opposed to the Death Penalty and point at the cost of those very same delaying procedures as a reason to eliminate the DP.

So why aren't you pissed that Biden didn't commute Dylann Roof's sentence? He might be innocent. If Biden is commuting sentences because he opposes the use of the death penalty, why is Roof exempted?

So why aren't you pissed that Biden didn't commute Dylann Roof's sentence? He might be innocent. If Biden is commuting sentences because he opposes the use of the death penalty, why is Roof exempted?

It would be great if we would end the death penalty, and not because most people on death row are innocent, but because some are. 37 commutations is better than none.

Just put him in jail and have him come up for parole or for commutation every few years so the family can go through the tragedy again and again. Team dazzler had their chance with life with no parole and then blue state governors started commutation. Have a murderer in jail for life and then he offs a fellow inmate in for five years for parading at the Capitol. What is the punishment? The state offs the killer so the family doesn't have the opportunity to.

Nope. Removing the President is either Impeachment or invoking the 25th Amendment or don't re-elect. Unlike revoking a prior president's Executive Orders which are subject to reversal by a new president, things like signing legislation or using the president's commutation/pardon powers can't be reviewed. Blame the dem Senate and Headboard for not performing their constitutional duties. Also the 81 million alleged members of Team Dazzler that elected a horse dementia patient to the presidency.
