If some would remember all the death row inmates which chose to end appeals and take the death sentence. It's like leftards get a transmission from the hive mind and just run with it. The chance of the execution of Polly Klaas's killer or Major Hasan being a wrongful execution is zero. But the dazzler will go with how horrible jail is and avoid the reality. If some here realized life in prison isn’t remotely like getting away with murder, perhaps they would be willing to reduce the risk of wrongful executions to zero.
Gasbag says the worst injustice is a killer living out his years in a cell, NOT the execution of an innocent man.If some would remember all the death row inmates which chose to end appeals and take the death sentence. It's not cheaper because we pay for a ridiculous appeal process, even when the guilt of the accused is not even at question, that drags out the process and then the very same people who are already opposed to the Death Penalty and point at the cost of those very same delaying procedures as a reason to eliminate the DP.I used to be all-in on the death penalty. Now, not so sure. Is that really more of a punishment versus being stuck in a cage the rest of your life? From what I've read, the death penalty isn't cheaper for the taxpayers.
There is not a chance that any of the people he just commuted are innocent, and who the fuck are you kidding? You don't give a fuck if they're guilty.Gasbag says the worst injustice is a killer living out his years in a cell, NOT the execution of an innocent man.If some would remember all the death row inmates which chose to end appeals and take the death sentence. Not being executed is the new exoneration apparently. There is not a chance that any of the people he just commuted are innocent, and who the fuck are you kidding? Can’t make an omelette without executing a few innocent people, according to blob. ChristlikeI'm good with dumping all of them in a Devils Island type setting and air dropping food.
So why aren't you pissed that Biden didn't commute Dylann Roof's sentence? He might be innocent. If Biden is commuting sentences because he opposes the use of the death penalty, why is Roof exempted? Can’t make an omelette without executing a few innocent people, according to blob. It’s only the appeals process that prevented us from killing more innocent men. Too expensive though.
It would be great if we would end the death penalty, and not because most people on death row are innocent, but because some are. 37 commutations is better than none.So why aren't you pissed that Biden didn't commute Dylann Roof's sentence? Why is the death penalty the right answer? We've been over this many times. You're unwilling to compromise even of the murderers who are obviously guilty and who are not even making arguments that they didn't do it. The guy that shot up Fort Hood is a prime example. So is the killer of Polly Klaus, there's no reason for either of them not to have been offed years ago.

"Let the police handle it" Civilization was intended to end tribal rivalries and let the state handle criminal prosecution rather than let the Hatfield and McCoys have intergenerational warfare. Some soy boys like the dazzler would be content to have his wife or daughter burned to death on the subway and let the police handle it. No death penalty of course. Just put him in jail and have him come up for parole or for commutation every few years so the family can go through the tragedy again and again. Team dazzler had their chance with life with no parole and then blue state governors started commutation. Have a murderer in jail for life and then he offs a fellow inmate in for five years for parading at the Capitol. What is the punishment? The state offs the killer so the family doesn't have the opportunity to.Throughout human history a life for a life is the Standard. Take it up with Nick Saban
The issue in America is that Jim Crow and corrupt cops and prosecutors did some obvious railroad jobs and we have all seen the movies and TV shows and read the books
It is an awesome responsibility for the state to take a life unless we're lobbing cruise missiles at weddings
There are people that simply need to be killed so we don't have to pay for them or look at them again. Like deportation let's start with the obvious like the shithead who lit the lady on fire yesterday. Public square firing squad
Nope. Removing the President is either Impeachment or invoking the 25th Amendment or don't re-elect. Unlike revoking a prior president's Executive Orders which are subject to reversal by a new president, things like signing legislation or using the president's commutation/pardon powers can't be reviewed. Blame the dem Senate and Headboard for not performing their constitutional duties. Also the 81 million alleged members of Team Dazzler that elected a horse dementia patient to the presidency.Since Biden is mentally incompetent these should be fairly easy for Trump to overturn.
