I got nothing

Blunderbuss is a fine album. Probably the first time since the White Stripes that Jack White got to really be Jack White. I’m partial to the Japandroids because I spent the back half of 2012 pumping gas in Vancouver.

Alsos:

Craig Finn made a fine Hold Steady album without the Hold Steady.

The Carpenter was pretty solid too.

Someone will probably call me out for missing this one too.

Muse should be on the list every year they've released an album. I will freely admit this is not their best work, but still better than half the stuff on the list.

I'm actually pleased to recall that I really liked the Shakes album from 2012 and Jake Bugg from 2013. Listened to the shit out of those.
