Probably the year I'm least partial to any one album. I could go Modest Mouse, Green Day, Franz Ferdinand, U2 or MCR. Good mix but nothing really transcendent.

There's a good amount of chit I like here. I try not to like Arcade Fire, but I really dig Neighborhood 1-3 (were taken).

That U2 album has their last best material. Yahweh is a great song.

Right I'm not saying it was a bad year, just a lot of good albums but none that get me super excited. I've listened to that Killers album more than anything else so i went with it.
