I played against Donald Butler and he was an absolute monster. In my early Dawgman days I called him as the 2 star that would make waves.

@AEB the guy who I saw completely take over against a team I thought was unbeatable was Lance Briggs at Elk Grove against undefeated Jesuit in the sections. Roided out Rieman got completely punked that day.

@Doogles Briggs was a little younger than me. The best player I ever saw was Teddy Bruschi DE from Roseville High. Heard of him? Absolute monster. Demo'd our UCLA LT recruit Mike Rhome. Bruschi singlehandedly stopped our squad from winning the CVC that year.
