I would be upset if I was an Astros fan, but it’s baseball. Talent gets you to consistently reach the playoffs, but it’s still hard to win. It’s different from basketball and even football where almost every time the more talented team wins when it counts.

The Nats top 3 starters are pretty close to the Astros. They have had good teams with talent for awhile. Schezer, Strasburg, and Corbin are good. Rendon has been a top 10 player for a few years. Soto is a young star. Turner is good, Eaton is good, Kendricks is a good bat.

The Astros didn’t lose to some bums. They lost to a team that peaked late and was playing well.
