His agenda in a nutshell is:
1. Raise money for the democrats at all costs. His number one goal is to preserve the power of the party that protects, advocates and furthers his agenda. This is why you see him constantly fundraising and never addressing the problems facing the country. This isn't an accident. He isn't sleeping at the wheel.
2. Do nothing about the flood of illegal immigrants, and go one step further -- encourage it. In fact he has a plan to unilaterally legalize 5 million illegal immigrants:

His "inaction" on this issue will gain the democrats a vast new bloc of voters -- self interested voters who will support him and his party in the future because he allowed them and their families to break the law and come here illegally. The republicans will do nothing because they are spineless and don't want to offend latino voters.
3. Europeanize America by weakening it. Slash military spending and let America recede from being a major actor on the world stage. We can already see the results of this policy. A new caliphate terrorist state in Iraq and Syria. Iran forging ahead to gain nuclear arms. Putin invading Ukraine because he does not respect the president or American power.
4. Succumb to the demands of enemy Islamist states and betray traditional democratic allies. He thinks that by appeasing terrorists and terrorist states that they will 'behave responsibly.' We should also reign in our allies and prevent them from protecting themselves from terroristic attacks, and when they go on the offensive, call for cease-fires that will only serve to preserve the terrorist organizations that need to be destroyed. He's more of a dumbfuck than Neville Chamberlain was.
5. Pursue a domestic communist agenda. The failed joke that is Obamacare is proof enough that such an agenda exists.
6. Bolster the power of the liberal courts to degrade the power of the states and their citizens from deciding the trajectory of the nation. Force his own liberal world view down our throats and use the institutions of government to do this (like the IRS).
This fucker is not asleep at the wheel. He is public enemy number one. Wake the fuck up.
