None of this stuff sounds like it did before I saw Narco Cultura.

I have always loved mariachi music, but this is "alt-mariachi", the band is actually a hardcore punk band that started doing mariachi as a side project. Then it got bigger than their main band.

This was one of the funnier videos I've seen in a while. Made me want to drink all the micheladas
 
Funny, I did work standby for that shoot. Don't recall anything about the band. I was probably too busy checking out Megan Ward and that slutty little hussy Robin Tunney.

At least when I worked the prom shoot for Never Been Kissed, I did notice Jessica Alba. Just didn't think she was anything special.
