Band/Artist Music Fatigue?

  5. Tom Petty* - see the asterisk. So I love Tom Petty, I just struggle to hear his music back to back. Like I can't sit and listen to him multiple songs in a row. However randomly, in a shuffle, most of his songs I'm turning up and singing along to. Just don't follow up American Girl with Free Falling.

Tom Petty Wildflowers is like his swan song and a total masterpiece. He is also mostly a pimp to be revered.

Beatles are amazing I have to disagree.

Eagles are mid.

Green Day mostly sucks but also has moments of clarity and quality (Oh Love, 21 Guns).

Cougar is hot garbage.
 
Not a homo but you will never hear me badmouth Petty, Beatles or Eagles.

Never got into JCM, even back when he was Johnny Cougar or some such shit. He can take his little pink houses and shove them up his midwestern ass.

Green Day has a good drummer but the band sucks. I don’t like singers who try to sound like they’re British punk when they’re actually from Oakland.

21 Guns is very solid. I had most of the dookie album memorized back in the 90's.
