Back when people cared about recruiting.

I remember thinking that cooper and the other 4 star RB they got at the same time were taking sark to the promise land. Man how I’ve become jaded and full of haie since then.

Callier? He was good for a bit but lost all his speed when his knee got hurt.
Dry eyes Copper had a well known ACL problem. Tough luck. He finally got to play but was a shadow.

Jon Minter, Blanchet.
No, I'm joking, fuck that guy and every Blanchet grad save Joe Steele. TITTT I swear he got into a game in garbage time and somehow threw a ball into the stands. So over the team, over the track, past the moat, and into the first couple rows.

I tend to doog for local guys and tend to focus on the gays we miss out on. That said I was dooging for Bandes. His underwear olympics one on ones made me premature doog in my sweatpants. Darrel Daniels, though he actually turned out decent. Hope he has invested his money wisely. I remember running into half the O-Line at Burgermaster in like 2013 and dooging for Nathan Dean, who like quit 4 months later.

Deontae Cooper
The entire Cascade Front
WR out of Chief Sealth high school…..mid 90’s
Ty Fotheringill
Marvin Kasim

that took a while
Who was the stud safety prospect who ended up being a rapper?
Pretty sure you're thinking of Keauntea Bankhead. He was also a guy I feel like for seven years Doogman was saying was going to get his academis in order and enroll.
Yes that was him

Oh! Lest we forget… Willis Ray Mackey
"I still hadn't gotten over that feeling of what would have happened had I stayed," Mackey said. "It's taken a while to get over that."

Don James, at Meridian Valley Country Club coach's tournament said of Willis Ray. "Kid can do anything with a football. Except autograph it." True story.
I saw James at a manufacturer event. Holy fuckal was he funny. I'd play for him

But. Was that before or after you fired him in 88. Faggety wink emoji.

Wasn't Andrew Basham out of Lynnwood the first coffee cup recruit?
Yep I was actually going to mention him because he really felt like a diamond in the rough local guy who would end up being a stud, especially since it seemed Tosh was invested in him. I think the last guy like that had been Vita.
I think there's a good quote in a court document or NCAA investigation with his dad on record with some quote like "That's a good cup of coffee."
Don't think he ended up playing football in any capacity after high school.
