There's a lot of defenses you can make if you were one of the guys who had sex with the girl. Maybe you were too drunk to consent too. I'm not saying that's the case, so don't twist.

But if you blast a video of an underaged girl either having sex or being raped, you're a fucking idiot with no defense to fall back on. Hector deserves whatever fallout he gets.

My take from March 25th:

Seems to me that whoever filmed it and shared it would be the most fucked. That is production AND distribution of child porn. 15-30 year sentence guideline under federal law for each count. The rapists could claim consent or attack the victim’s character but filming and sharing underage sex acts is clear as can be. How were no charges filed?

“(Redacted) and Ayden were filming the incident and asked the girl if she ‘was ok/was having fun,’” reads that student’s statement. She said the video was sent to a football groupchat and many of her friends had seen it.“

Not gonna say anything about who (redacted) is since they or family are probably reading this but apparently everyone knows.

Even the other kids watching the snap or video could be charged with felony viewing of CP under Washington law.

Surprising move by Stanford. Just couple of years ago they were allowing student rape on campus and let kids get away with it
