Austin "Auzzy" Osbourne, 2018 WR, Mission Viejo HA, CA (COMMITTED)

Austin Osborne is so excited to play for coach Pete and win a National Championship. Its the school and head coach that should be the determining factor to play for a program. Not a position coach. Disappointed Spiker did not commit this weekend.

I couldn't agree more about committing to a school and the head coach ... particularly when the coach is one who is in a stable position like Pete

Pete does more with players Han anyone we've seen in a long time. All USC's 5 star recruits are being drafted later than our 3 stars. Not to worry boys.

I wonder what Papa Osborne and Austin think of the Lubick hire....

From another bored...

"This has been a rough week for my son Austin Osborne. First he finds out a day after committing that coach Hamdan who he loves is leaving for the Falcon job. Now his new receiver coach from Oregon did not recruit him. Hope this works out."

As Oregon’s OC and wide receivers coach, the 44-year-old Lubick helped the Ducks post school-records for passing yards (4,687), completions (326), and first downs passing (198), while recording a conference all-time best 44 touchdown catches in 2014. At Duke, Lubick was a finalist for AFCA Assistant Coach of the Year after guiding All-ACC wideouts Jamison Crowder and Conner Vernon to record-setting seasons.

It's tough to know if this might have been part of Helrich's weird recruiting philosophy though. I doubt it meant he didn't like Osborne as a recruit and prospect. I mean, most of the other options for WR coach wouldn't have even had the option to recruit him.

Austin is committed to developing a new relationship with receiver coach Lubick and win a national championship at Washington. Go Dawgs..

Thank God.

Everyone says Lubick is a great recruiter and good guy, so that can't be wrong, can it?

If everyone says so it must be true!

Everyone said 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 would be special. Everyone said Sark was a great coach. Everyone can't be wrong!

Lubic better get off his ass start working on maintaining Ozzy's commitment. This kid is going to be a hot commodity
