So when Oregon takes transfer portal players it's because they can't coach up their recruits and they're just buying a bunch of mercenaries. When Washington does it, it's either different or Bill the cunt has nothing to say about it.

Some context might be missing. How many kids are graduating / declaring for the NFL from Oregon vs UW? Does UW have more open roster spaces to fill than Duck, meaning it would be more likely that UW has more transfers?
