I hated ASJ as much as anyone when he was here. I think he will be a good player in the NFL though. He could be Gronk like if he put some effort in and wasn't such a pussy.
I also remember Kim saying ASJ looked like a "Man" when he came into fall camp close to 290. If anyone needed more proof that Sark and Ivan Lewis sucked, there it is. You have a guy projected to be a first round draft pick, going into his money season at 290.
I'm not disputing ASJ's track record as a lazy POS, however, it's the early fucking off season and if there was ever a time to chillax as an NFL player it's now. If I was a 22 year old newly minted millionaire, you'd be damn sure I would be living good.
That being said, does he have enough pride to get to work after the vacay is over? Highly doubtful, but i'm not pouncing on him until a month out from mini camp he's seen with Lebron in Miami.

Also, the Lewis and Sark shit show sucked, but ASJ also deserves bashing for not taking care of himself.
Thanks for pointing out he played TE. You can put it on ASJ, but that stuff doesn't happen at good programs. A real coach would have noticed him ballooning up and wondered what the fuck was going on. ASJ was down to 266 by the Combine.
