He did. SO BTP was correct. Unfortunately he changed his mind 5 minutes later and decommitted. Something about
the weather not being nice enough. Petersen didn't even have time to send out a Woof. Shit I heard he committed at the start of the phone call and decommitted before he hung up. #TrustMySources

It's okay guys. I'm hearing he committed to the coaches and is now just waiting for his commitment edits before he announces it on Twitter. Expect his commitment any day now. If not, then it's because he changed his mind and is going to Notre Dame because things change all the time. Stay tuned.
