Because his coach is paid to send him to ND and he said his coach was the most important person in his decision?

jk_eash: Not a big deal, but as has been said, I find it curious that he worked out as a LB. Is he just testing LB out for himself? Is he trying to show UW he can? Or were his comments because he felt guilty after Campbell’s presser and tried to make UW feel like he really likes them. Sorta like when you “let someone down easy.” Thoughts?

Loy: He was selected to the roster as a linebacker. If he truly wanted to only play safety and was against linebacker, I’m not sure he would have been on the roster. Just comes down to spots and numbers.

jk_eash: So if he is not talented enough to make the roster as a safety, but is at LB I find it odd that he would want to play something other than his best position. Unless, I guess the relationships for him are significantly more important ? If I was him, I would be concerned about the overall wisdom of the UW staff given that the vast majority of others project him different positionally.

Word on the street is Henry, Asa and Daniel all committing to UW at the poly bowl. Doesn't help the needs on the offensive side, but elevates the defense significantly...
