Barring a change or Turner reaching back out, Notre Dame will not be going in-home with Asa Turner again and will let the recruitment play out. As I told you from day one, this will come down to position preference and safety is the decision. The school that wants him there is Washington and he’s expected to end up with the Huskies. Will keep you posted if anything changes

After somewhat easily closing on Irvin and Gordon last year, I feel like this whole Turner thing was orchestrated by Jimmy No Balls because he was bored and wanted a challenge.

Now we need Lake to be the standard, not the positive outlier. There’s no reason every single coach shouldn’t have a class like Jimmy, and Jimmy has the NFL production that other positions don’t. It’s not like Jimmy got Chris Steele, Mykael Wright, Trent McDuffie, Asa and Chris Adimora which would be comparable to Oklahoma or USC’s initial WR class. Just 2 out of the 4 is all we ask for. We can have Jimmy Lakes at every position, recruiting wise.
