Interesting. The Artemis program is approaching program cost of $100 billion with outdated technology and a horrific reliability record. Way over budget and six years behind the original schedule. Each launch is costing $2-3 billion. On the other hand, Elon's SpaceX Starship has twice the thrust power of the Artemis 2 with a current $90 million launch cost. Artemis represents the ossified NASA/military industrial complex government acquisition program. Buy from preferred politically connected vendors and spread the program across states for political economic reasons rather than how do we get this to work. Elon and SpaceX don't work like that. And yet the dems hate SpaceX and claim that Elon is stealing taxpayer dollars. Like they care.
