Normally not done. This idiot was driving like this before they started the pursuit. He was going to kill someone so the supervisor ordered the PIT.
Insane crash.

I was doing 110 on state route 14 about 20 years ago. WSP didn’t like it and did a u turn to get behind me. He hit the siren and lights. I pulled over right away. And lived. It’s really not that hard to comply. The issue wasn’t going to be resolved on the highway. I lived to fight another day. Got an attorney. Went to court. Case dismissed.
