90% of the SEC schools, Michigan, Ohio State, Florida St., Miami, Notre Dame, Clemson, Texas, USC, and Oklahoma can get away with this. Arizona State? I understand if you need to pull a scholarship do to academic and personal concerns, but to pull one for "not having room" can happen, twice is disorganized, and more than two in one cycle is pure negligence. Arizona State already struggles when battling other PAC 12 schools, this is going to make things much worse for them. It gives off the impression that they are either not trustworthy, or retarded. Maybe both. If I read this right, I think they have pulled 4 scholarships due to not having room in this class. It's comical.
